Cross Country Bank ripoff thieves. Boca Raton, Florida
Cross Country Bank takes money out of your checking account without permission.
First, they took money out of our checking account without permission. When we check our statements and notified the bank, the Bank made them put it back.
Then we sent two payments the next month to make sure the account was current as usual. They late fees and over the limit fees the month we made them put the money back and has been adding them every since.
They claim they are taking them off, but keep calling telling us that we are 400 dollars behind. They call four and five times the same day.
