I too can relate to your comments of "openly" ripping off. One phone call I received from CCB: I told the irate person on the other end of the phone that I had now read all the reports about there compnay and the time would come that they would be paying for all the hassles they have given out. The persons response was "I guess next time you will look online for the cheaters before you apply for something, now when can I expect your payment." This to me was a smack in the face, hung up on her. I dont even deal with them any more. And I refuse to pay for it. One day there will be a solution for this companies behavior. Until then they will just have to be a negative mark on my credit report that I will continue to explain and refer companies to this site for more horror stories. I havent had to much trouble explaining why they are on my credit report. Most reputable companies know and have heard the stories of their practices. Just alittle something to back up your claim.
