CROSS COUNTRY BANK RIPOFF THEIFS MONEY STEALERS Boca Raton Florida
I haven't used my two credit cards in over 2 yrs. I wasn't even close to being over the limit and now I am well over the limit and every month it keeps going up because they charge a late fee and an over the limit fee which has gotton so out of control that I can't pay them the monthly payment.
They are asking this month alone on one card $515.00. & $330.00 On the other. I had perfect credit and now I just don't care. I pay my bills every month and now thanks to them I am starting to get behind. They are very rude on the phone and talk down and even yell at you when you are trying to talk to them.
They do not want to work with you. I even tried to cancell the card because I do not use it and to maybe stop the charges like their anual fee.
They won't do it. I haven't activated the cards that they send me yet they charge the anual fee. I want to pay them off seems imposible to do when it keeps going up. I use to send them extra but that didn't do any good.
