This company is the biggest rippoff I have ever seened. It's not about trying to pay them it's about how much they can harrass you. I became unemployed over one year ago. I enformed the company that my employment had ceased please use the insurance. Since then not only have they charged me late charges but have absolutely refused to hear about my unemployment. As a matter of fact I just got off the phone with a representative name of Tom who refuse to give a last name. First he stated that the insurance was paying some but I need to pay also. Then he said the insurance has not been paying. Even though I have spoken with this company on several occassions they now will call any reference numbers they have on file. My bill is an outrage because it is all late charges and even a renewal charge. I have not used this card is about one year. This needs to stop.
