I, Hedda Loveberg, purchased a ''whatta mess skirt'' and a ''whilst doggie costume'' from Rod Cedaro's cross dressing boutique. Both of these items I received were torn and filthy.
Rod explained that he had worn them himself and they were, so- called, ''field tested''.
I am very disappointed, to say the least in Rod L. Cedaro and his Brisbane boutique.
