Crossbow Warehouse is under new ownership as of 2/1/09. The new owners are reputable and are proud of a 30 year long relationship with the hunting industry. We have also been awarded a preferred vendor status with Barnett Outdoors, one of the leading suppliers of crossbows in the world. We are sorry for the past owners of the crossbow warehouse site. They are not good people and they had no experinece in the hunting or crossbow business. If there are any other problems that we are not aware of relating to the old owner please do not hesitate to email us at [email protected] Also, if the are past problems that have not been resolved to the customers satisfation, please email me at the above address and we will do everything possible to make sure the problem is resolved.

As of 8 Dec, the package I sent to Crossbow Warehouse for a refund, which they received on 22 Oct, was returned to me unopened. I tried to contact their published phone number but it is no longer in service. I had to call the manufacture, Barnett Crossbows, directly and now they are promising to refund the product in full and send UPS to pick up the package. What kind of company does not respond to email request and disconnects their phone? 6 weeks after they received the package they agreed to refund in full, it arrives at my house with not one indication from them on the status of the return. I recommend any and everyone considering buying any product from Crossbow Warehouse to run as fast as you can to any other distributor. They have no respect for the customer and only wnat your money.
