Crossfit Chula Vista Owner had minor sign an EFT Form Chula Vista California
The owner had my 16 year old nephew sign an EFT Authorization Form and they took out 3 months of $125 monthly dues, even though he paid cash. The owner will not return the money. I would not use this facility!

The individual filing the complaint was not even present when this membership was initiated. The mother (of the nephew) was present and had full knowledge of the membership, prices and cancellation policies.
A member of our coaching staff even took the time to explain, in Spanish, each point of the membership agreement (to the mother). The mother initialed and signed all appropriate areas of the membership contract.
We have reviewed all of this information with the appropriate banks and they found that we were within our legal rights to receive the costs of the membership.
The real "ripoff" is that someone who does not have all of the facts and was not involved in the transaction can post fraudulant information on this website!
