This is the absolute best Car Dealership that I have had the pleasure of working with. I've sold Internet products to dealers all over Florida, and I can say without a doubt I have not come in contact with a dealership as nice and customer conscience as Crown Acura. We just received the Acura Precision Team Award. Less than 10% of all Acura dealerships receive this Award. We were the only store in all of the Tampa bay and Orlando area's to receive this Award. We received it because we have higher customer satisfaction surveys in sales and service. I don't doubt someone was upset about a pre-owned car being sold before they could purchase it. It happens a lot. Sometimes 3 or more people may be in looking at the same car. The sales person at the time may have told them they have the car, but it is whoever has the money and paperwork first that gets a deal. It is unfortunate that you cannot clone those cars that are so popular. We would rather be able to give that same car to many people, but unfortunately we cannot. I've had to tell my customer many times the car they were looking at has just been sold. I can tell you that without a doubt when you come to this dealership and talk to me or any other salesperson you will be treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. That is why our customer satisfaction is so high. We also have the greatest service personnel as well that have been here for many years. There are some salespeople that have been here for over 20 years. Which is unheard of in the car business.
