Crown Honda Greensboro, NC Scott Bisbee Bobby Martins Sold Car w/ damage w/ empty promises to fix for a month now. Greensboro North Carolina
On 7/28/2015 late in the afternoon I decided to shop for a car at Crown Honda Greensboro, NC. I decided to go w/ the 2013 Toyota Camry after test driving it. When after the paper work was done it was after 10pm and driven off the lot w/ the car. That next morning I noticed that the rear driver side bumper was not flushed with the side panel. I immediately drove to the dealership to bring this matter to the sales department. They in return sent me to the service dept, but did not notify them of why I was there. I had to wait until the service dept contacted the sales dept to communicate on my issue. I was told that the bumper needed to have the clips inside the bumper replaced and it happens all the time and not to worry about it. Two weeks later after many calls to them I was finally notified to bring my car in to have the clips installed on 8/18/2015. The bumper was not the issue as it was explained to me by the service guy. Turns out the side panel was dented therefore making the bumper not flushed. I was also told that the car was involved in a accidented because of the swirl marks of a sander and the small cracks within the paint. Yet the salesman told me when I bought the car that the car was never in a car wreck due to the clean car fax. Turns out it was in a wreck, fast cheap repair, but was never reported to the insurance company. The previous owner must have paid for repairs out of their own pocket. I have called management many times w/ promises that the service department manager will contact me to fix the panel. I have yet to receive a call....
