Cruises.com is unethical and engages in false advertising.
We looked online to book a cruise around the Hawaiian Islands and visited several sites. Cruise.com offered--by far-- the best price for the cabin we wanted.
However, when we went to book the cruise, the price went up substantially. Over $600. Were told it the lower price was not available on that particular day. We checked all other days in that month and none were at the lower price.
We also checked all other cabin categories. Non were offered at the lower prices listed on the internet. We were given some balony explanation that the prices must have been for 1 or 2 cabins that had been available at that price.
This is a classis example of bait and switch--luring you in with prices that are--and probably never were--available.
DO NOT USE CRUISES.COM!
