Call this a 6-month review of http://www.ripoffreport.com/organized-crime/crunchline-llc/crunchline-llc-robert-wiggen-ea238.htm complaint.

Robert Wiggen and Cody Wiggen now operating georgia.arrests.org.  I would hate to have this complaint go cold.  It seems the cash-flow in Florida is thinning for Wiggen's mugshot removal extortion scam.  Just think with 50 to 51 states in the USA, how Wiggen can continue to rip off victims of police/justice information mis-management.

The scam-industry premise is: on-going-torture-by-extortion & is reprehensibly disgusting. Abysmal police/justice management of sensitive information. If pigs/justice are not taking kick-backs by allowing extortionists access to mug-shot information, they should be fired for their information mismanagement & being accessory to allowing criminal extortion. Innocence after arrest, paying a lawyer to clear your name now has no meaning. The idea of innocent until proven guilty has long been a joke of the US justice system. People awaiting trial can spend years in prison; Now allow those free on bail or declared innocent to suffer at the hands of public for being unfortunate enough to be introduced to a broken police arrest, booking process, and its information MIS-management. Now extortionists can make money by
tormenting all involved in a police arrest information MIS-management process.   What does Our US Justice system have to say about this farce?

Extortionists (inclusive of *.arrests.org, *.mugshot.* & those in supposedly privileged positions to remove info at a cost are extortionist leaches and need to be imprisoned.

Getting arrest information off the internet is not a legal effort or a costly one. It REQUIRES the author to remove the information and ideally be prevented from getting it in the first place. It requires police/justice to take accountability for ensuring such information is restricted to only those that need to know within the justice & police systems. Any money made in allowing a transparent legal processneeds to be weighed against the cost of tormenting victims = EXTORTION.

Please contact Robert Wiggen in Flagler Beach Florida, owner/author of *.arrests.org to teach him some respect.

Does anyone know if Wiggen's is still in Flagler Beach, FL?   I would endorse all those able to track his location to post it to the internet, such that he too may experience torment similar to those he is targeting.  Cost to remove torment = removing his websites.

I would be more than happy to speak to a skilled lawyer believing a class-action suite can be brought up against Crunchline LLC, Robert & Cody Wiggen principals & arms-length removal agents/associates.  This disgusting industry cannot survive.

I can't believe that anyone would be dumb enough to pay a website to not publish a public record.   It's a public record!  That means any website can publish it.   Are you going to pay all of them?   Don't you think that might encourage new "public record" websites to start up?   It's pointless.   If you got arrested and your mugshot has become part of the public record, there is nothing you can legally do to stop it from being published.   You might as well just accept responsibility for your actions and move on with your life.   You will never be able to make it go away.

The operation mugshot sites are likely protected by the First Amendment, since the information contained on the site is public records. Mugshot sites will often charge to unpublish material from their site, and they have the right to do so. While this practice upsets those affected, it is again legal since the sites can make decisions as to which mugshots to include, and which to unpublish. Unpublishing is a major issue in the  publishing world and it doesn't start or end with one site or another (Google "Unpublish" or "Unpublishing"). This is simply the cost of living in the Information Age, when public information is readily available.
