Crystal Mortgage Company Fraudently signed my signature to 2nd mortgage and also fraud signed other loan documents Waynesfield Ohio
I was excited to find that I was aprroved for a Home Loan. I found a local company that I thought was great then when we moved into the house which was the owners of the mortgage companies house we came into a bunch of surprises.
First off when it was time to close the loan the man was there not the woman and I was 9 months pregnanct mind you he told me I had to sign this note which was that I would pay the closing costs back to them this next coming year which came to 2000. But when I looked at the note it was for 5000. He told me if I did not sign it that the deal was off since they are not makin any money on the deal they want double the closing costs.
I was stupid and signed it cause for one I was feeling pressured and have 2 kids already and about to have another. Then we finally move in after having to force them out and we find things missing we then say we are going to sue them for falsifying there appraisal and things that were attached in the house. They come to the house and say they will foreclose on our house I said how can you do that you can't!!
He says yes we can we have a signed paper with your sig on it, I said just a note he said no a 2nd mortgage. He went to his house and brought me some papers they had filed in the court house a month before this and had my sig on it on a paper behind all the mortgage papers and its not mine. I said I never signed that they said well honey we have your sig on it.
So now we are trying to take them to court and I called me current mortgage company and they sent me all the papers they have been sent. They agreed it all looks really shady and that there has been alot of fake sig it looks like on a few papers but when she sent them to me there were things i Have never seen and a purchase agreemement that she signed my name to I never did.
I just want everyone to know about this company I do not know what made me get a house through them other than I was feeling pressured and did trust them at the time boy was that a mistake. They are very bad people and I have heard other things about them that they do not pay people for the work they do on houses and also the do alot of fake appraisals and make them higher than the house just to push it through which in the long run screws the homeowner in the end.
