CS Center, Forex Wire Forex Wire, CS Center, fraudulently charged me 39.95 and threatened no refund if i report this to the bank and that they would try and negate it or some crap Ripoff Internet
I had signed up as a free trial on he internet for a auction money making kit i beleive.
It was a free trial for credit on an incentive based site, and i canceled well within the trial period. Til I found a charge of 39.95!
I call my bank and start the process of trying to get the charges reversed and had to cancel my check card and everything! So, they give me the number of the company The CS Center. I get a conversation with Heather.
Heather states that a number of people were errouneously charged and that they do apologize for the inconvenience, but they would need a copy of all my banking history to give me a refund, AND I had to call my bank back and reverse the dispute or NO refund would be given!
So i just email her the one part where it says the company charged me x amount of dollars. I called the bank and they said this was an illegal practice to threaten no refund if a charge was disputed.
So, now i await to hear back from Heather and hopefully get my money back.

Well, after numerous overdraft fees on my bank account due to this company, I call them again and find out "Heather" , the first rep who handled the complaint, was fired. I did speak to another agent Mikela who immidiatley set into motion my refund and within 3 days i was refunded 39.95 I urge anyone else fraudulently charged to just keep hasseling then and you will get the money eventually
