As I was reading this complaint I felt that there needed to be some clarification to the matter and some facts given not just an angry consumer who was not satisfied and then had their own ideas of what happened or what we are. I do work for the C.S. Center and yes we do customer service for the product formally known as Hoodia Fusion which was sold by Revenue Works which is no longer we took over for the company to assure customer service for their active customers, what we did not know was that they had activated a bunch of their canceled customers, since then we have canceled and refunded those customers that have called to let us know that it was an error, any product that we send is done with tracking numbers and our address and a return address, we value our customers and the companies that we are affiliated with to do customer service, there are always going to be mistakes an errors that is human nature but I feel we do what we can for those customers that take the time to let us know the situation.
