CS Center Inc. "Body Lean 2" Charged and sent items did not order with this company. Rip off St. George Utah
I received a package with no return address and it contained a bottle fo diet supplements with Hoodia, I thought it was werid since I did not order anything and I thought maybe there sending free samples or something, but looking at the product it looks homemade just a white bottle with a printed label on it which seemed very home made the label looked like something that you could print on your own computer.
I did not open the bottle and later in the month when I received my bank statement I noticed a charge against my account for 69.97 for a company which I did not recognize. There was a phone number on the statment and I tried calling them no answer just an answering machine. I thought company name had Hoodia in it so I remembered that the bottle I received had that product so I checked it and it was from this company, I called my bank immediately and they told me that this was a debt charge.
Long story short I closed my account down and I filed a report with the Better business bureau. I dont know how these people got my information, so if you happen to receive a product you did not receive it would be wise to check right away with you bank and see if there are any new charges you didn't do.

As I was reading this complaint I felt that there needed to be some clarification to the matter and some facts given not just an angry consumer who was not satisfied and then had their own ideas of what happened or what we are. I do work for the C.S. Center and yes we do customer service for the product formally known as Hoodia Fusion which was sold by Revenue Works which is no longer we took over for the company to assure customer service for their active customers, what we did not know was that they had activated a bunch of their canceled customers, since then we have canceled and refunded those customers that have called to let us know that it was an error, any product that we send is done with tracking numbers and our address and a return address, we value our customers and the companies that we are affiliated with to do customer service, there are always going to be mistakes an errors that is human nature but I feel we do what we can for those customers that take the time to let us know the situation.
