CToption.com i was misonformed how to use their system and lost my $250.00 Internet

Hello,
I was recently misinformed by the online customer service rep with ctoption.com
on how to use my brand new betting system.
Being new, I followed all of his instructions to the t
and ended up losing my entire $250.00 deposit
within a few hours....
I talked to my account manager Adam Woods
about how one of his representatives told me how to do the binary options.
Mr. Woods told me that was the completely wrong way for me to do binary options.
I asked him for a refund and he said he would look into with their accounting department and
get back with me about it....I never heard anymore back from Adam Woods either by phone or email....
I feel like the customer service representative should not have misinformed me in the way that he did.
He made me lose my $250
I feel like I am fully entitled to a full refund.
Please refund me asap....
