I have also purchased a ring, one of the stones in the setting fell out after I only had the ring for 3 weeks. mind you I only wore it a handful of times on special occasions. I sent it to the company for repairs, my ring was returned to me with a stone still missing and additional damage near center stone. I called the company 15 minutes after I received the package and left a message. Never received a call back even though I requested one, only received a short impolite email. Even though they failed to repair it and make good on their policies they "refuse" to issue a refund. I was told they had to forward my email to a manager, I never heard back even though I emailed several times. I also emailed this Howard character who claims to work for them, he never bothered responding to me either. I do not believe in the high volume excuse, why is there such a high volume of complaints? Its worth an investigation. I am filing a bbb complaint and have also called the attorney

This is from cubicjewelry.com and we are sorry for your bad experience. I would like to tell you about white gold. Every white gold is rodium plated and its a special solution dipped in to make the ring look whiter. Every jeweler in jewelry industry they rodium plate the whte gold to give it white and bright platinum look but the downside of this eventualy the color will fade away and the rodium layer will fade out in long run. Let me explain you about white gold details.
A Gold is an element and a precious metal and it is always yellow. There is no such thing as an isotope of gold that is white. But jewelry is never made from pure 24 kt gold because it's too soft to be usable. Gold rings and jewelry are made from an alloy of gold plus other metals:
Rhodium is also an element and a precious metal. In fact, it's about ten times as costly as gold! But it is not a feasible material to make solid jewelry from because it is too stressed and brittle, and it can't be "worked" properly for jewelry making. But rhodium is fabulous as a plating for jewelry because it is glitteringly, dazzlingly, white and mirror-like. It's like chrome, only more so, and much whiter.
Please contact me directly to replace your ring with new ring and the jeweler you took please mail me his business card to give him a call. Cubicjewelry.com has 98% customer satisfaction and we only sell GOLD, SILVER or PLATINUM. please email me at [email protected] and i will help you right away.
