My husband works for CUI Cable, a contracting company for Charter Cable. He works hard, long hours, and gets paid by each job he does. Part of their job is making sales, rather it be upgrading someone's equipment, or wire maintenence, etc. He made a lot of sales, and was expecting to get paid for them. On June 26, 2012 he got his last paycheck(he still works there, that is just the last date he got paid) He noticed when he was emailed his payout report, that he only got paid for $45 worth of sales.

CUI Cable owes him atleast $300 if not more for his sales. Everyday that he asks him about the money, either someone that handles that is not in the office, or he'll have to wait the next day. It has now been a week since he got paid, and they still keep putting it off. People wonder why the economy is going down the drain, it's becasue the hard, honest working people of this country get jacked with their pay. Coorperations think it's ok to make people wait for the money they worked hard to earn.

We have two small children, three and almost two. Not only is not paying my husband affecting him, it is also affecting my children as well. What can we do to solve this problem, because obviously my husband asking day in and day out isn't doing anything to solve this issue. Not to mention, my husband is not the only one the got screwed with his pay when it came to sells, it was practically the whole office. Something has to be done about this, they have to know that it isn't right and cannot be tolerated.

My husband also works for CUI...we are getting the run around in reference to his pay as well. His 1st check was short 500.00 and his second 1000.00.....on top of that they also owe him for the gas reimbursement.

We can not get  a staright answer from the company and they keep telling us that each service gets paid by a different department. Payday is payday....There should be a different GL code for the services that they provide, but should all be on one check!

Wonder how many others this is happening to? Please let me know if this ever got corrected for your husband. I sure hope so.
