Cundiffs Chimney Doctors The Company in question installed a chimney to the house right next door WITHOUT building permits and safety inspections wich is already starting to show warpage and discoloration, the smoke from said Springfield , Ohio
The Cundiff's Chimney Doctors installed a Chimney in the house right next door Without building permits and safety inspections, the chimney is already starting to warp and discolor within just two weeks of use, the smoke from said chimney also drifts through my back window making my house smell like smoke and is causing me extreme sinus problems, which include headache causing pressure and nose bleeds

This report is a total misstatement, this person called the BBB too. He did not realize that this house with the chimney installed is the 75% owner of the company and is my son. This person was upset because he was asked to clean up his junky yard and to repair or remove a wooden fence that had fallen in my sons yard. The fence laid in the yard for over a year. My granddaughter stepped on a rusty nail that was sticking out of one of the rotted boards. The fence was never fixed so my son and I put up a new fence so we wouldn't have to look at the eye sore property and rotten fence when outside for family events.
I am thinking of suing this neighbor for the statements made in his report.
