Curtis likes to start new businesses, collect money for said work, never complete the work and close up shop. PERIOD
He uses the small businessman ploy to a tee.
His new business is Fisk Engineering, his old and prior run business out of Dickerson Md, (Frederick County) and Fairplay, MD (Washington County) was named Maryland Aircooled Performance. He was said to produce VW transmissions and transaxles. From race quality to the daily driver, freeway flyer. He was said to work on chassis, metal work, welding, etc. If you saw the welds, errrr tac welds on my VW, you would laugh.
He will tell you how many friends he has, that he is involved in drags and dirt track motorcycles. He will tell you everything you need to hear, you will get sucked in deeper and deeper and then you will be SOL, out of equipment or contracted work done ON HIS TIME.
