Custom Counter Tops & Cabinets Poor Service Bay St. Louis, Mississippi
Weve used Custom Counter Tops & Cabinets for several jobs, and each job that we used them for we had one issue or another. Cabinets delivered crushed in crushed boxes, refrigerator cabinets the wrong size, counter tops the wrong color, cabinets missing from delivery, cabinets installed wrong, you name it, it has happened to us. When you call for service, they are very slow to respond and didnt feel that the issue was urgent enough to fix the problem in a rush, they would order replacement materials on their normal time schedule, which doesnt do us any good as a general contractor in maintaining our time schedule with our customer. But its really nothing that I would fry them on Rip Off Report for. Im just not like that.
