On January 29 I paid Susan(Custom Silk Creations)for a 16 peice wedding flowers set. She was to email me a picture of my bouquet and obtain approvial prior to shipping. She did, on February 14 email 2 pictures however they did not in any way resemble what I had ordered.

Her web site "guarantees satisfaction" and promises to redo the flowers if you are not happy. I emailed her immeadiatly letting her know that the picture was not what we had discussed and I asked her to do it correctly or give me a refund. She emailed back that same day that she would be giving me a refund within a week. I have never recieved anything other than 2 pictures and emails from her.

Her web site promises a response within 2 hours. I emailed her on 3-5-07 and on 4-3-07 and on 4-10-07. I finally got a response on 4-10-07 after telling her I was going to report her to the better business bureau. She then sent me a second cancelled order page showing and in store credit for only 79.99. I emailed back saying basically that she had promised a refund and that was for 97.99 not an in store credit for 79.99. She emailed back offering to send me "my flowers"

I got married on March 10 she never made my flowers, she took my money for that service and has not refunded the money. I paid for the service I never recieved. She also sent me another email 4-11-07 saying that she had contacted the BBB and had no complaints and why bother complaining to them as she is not a member.

Feel free to look up the company on the BBB she is deffinately there click on Business and type in (Custom Silk Creations) . Also she is on ebay (Wedding Flower Store) and has some negative feedback there.

I could not have paid for Number 2 ranks on Google and since you decided to put it all here at least the ones who read this will see I do do what I say I do. Oh yes I can be mean , but only after I have been spoken to as you did to me. I will no longer continue to hash this out with you. It is really not worth my time. YES I DID EMAIL YOU A PICTURE OF WHAT YOU ASKED FOR! INDEED YOU DID NOT LIKE IT BUT WHAT YOU FAIL TO REPORT HERE IS THAT YOU WERE Disgustingly RUDE! And I do mean DISGUSTINGLY! well here is the email and your reply. I was not as nice as I could have been, however I was certainly not disgustinly rude. We obvioulsy have a differing opionion so I encourage all the consumers out there to check for your self and make up your own mind. Sent 2-14-07 (Look at the pics yup I was very upset) I don't like those they do not look at all like the one I mentioned and even emailed a picture of. Again here is the picture of the bouquet I like! Here again is a picture of a bout and corsage I like Which I had emailed previously and asked for something like that only with ivy not the greenish blue stuff it has! Please do something like this no colored roses and no lilies! I also said my greenery was ivy. I am not at all happy with the two pictures you sent me. Please reply to this message as no one has replied to the other two. And I want to know that you will not be sending me a bouquet like the one you emailed pictures of! I would also like the bridesmaids bouquets to be the same flowers as mine only of course on a smaller scale! Again I am very unhappy with those they do not even come close to being like the one I said I liked (see photo) Again Please REPLY Susan's Reply: First of all they are 2 different bouquets you asked for a cascade NOT a teardrop. You asked for wild flowers not a spring bouquet. You asked for lilac, skyblue, white, pink, yellow. Theres is colored roses in that bouquet they are peri winkle and white. Roses make the shape of the bouquet.greenery comes on ever flower do you want no greenery other then ivy that is impossible. Next you tone is disreceptecful and unwanted. I would not speak to you in this matter please show me the same respect. My reply: ( yup I was slighly calmer) Please understand that my wedding is coming up very quickly, and if you work with wedding arrangements frequently, you must know the anxiety and stress that comes with it. I am simply trying to explain that this is not what I had in mind when I placed the order with you. If you were confused by the difference between what I asked for and the picture I told you I liked, you should have asked me to clarify what I wanted before you proceeded. I chose your business because your website stressed that you were willing to work with your customers to make sure they are satisfied with the end result. Therefore, if I'm telling you I'm unhappy, you should not take offense to my concerns, rather you should try to remedy the problem. Business often grows by word of mouth and recommendations of brides to their friends and family members. Please let me know if you are unwilling to make this right and I will gladly take a refund so I can go elsewhere with my business. On one hand, I am very pleased with your quick reply, which tells me you are probably wanting and/or needing the business, and I would hope we can continue this business arrangement in a pleasant manner. Thank you for your time, Her reply: I will get your refund out before the end of the week. I do use word of mouth but I do not take threats Susan These are word for word from my sent and recieved email I have all of the emails which if I develop a web site will be available to view. You also said that you wanted to cancel your order if I didn't re-do it right away. I as a person and a professional DO NOT HAVE TO ACCEPT ABUSE FROM YOU! I will not even go on with all the ugly things you said! I informed you at that time you are more then able to cancel your order with us. All you need to do was follow our return/cancel policy that is located in the FAQ section of our website. (see email clearly the above is more untruth I certainly did not say anything ugly though I deffinatly thought some nor did she say anything about the return cancel policy) (Her web site promises a response within 2 hours. For the amount of purchase minus S/h charges after all I did make your bridal bouquet and remember these are custom pieces. I emailed you back saying I still had your flowers if you wanted them instead of the store credit. Not in the aspect you presume here. (no in store voucher until 4-10-07 I did not expect an email within two hours but a response within 2 months would have been nice)(any one want to venture a guess as to why I had to pay s/h when she never shipped me anything nor if you look at the pics did she make what I ordered) Yes indeed although I am not a member of the BBB I do answer if a complaint is filled. Some people like you misty can not be satisfied. I have enjoyed more then 25 years in this business and I guess after Satisfying HUNDREDS of brides I am bound to have a few unsatisfied. I do my best to work with everyone. I am a good hearted hard working person who enjoys what I do and do not feel that I should be rapped by people like yourself. (check the BBB web site I certainly can not control it as of 4-17-07 you have an unsatisfactory record and it clearly says you have not responded to some of them you certainly never tried to work with me and while yes you do have satisfied customers again check ebay I personally advise anyone to use at their own risk but make up their own minds) Now you also fail to list here that you called the local police and reported me for fraud. Which the detective plainly told you that you wrong and that she would not handle your case. You fail to write here how I would not bow down to your black mail of taking out a web page to destroy my business. You my dear are a very mean spirited, nasty person who frankly needs a little bit of help. (Actually I reportedyour actions and in this case did not use the word fraud to an internet crime site the Better Business Bureau and any other site I could find to report your unprofessional behavior and the officer unfortunatly could do nothing to help me as your web site now says in store credit she certainly did not say I was wrong)(I feel as a consumer I have a repsonsibility to other consumers. I am not telling anyone anything that is untrue again check the BBB check ebay and yes I may develop a web site so that trusting people like myself can judge for them selves and use you at their own risk) Who is being nasty again read this report judge for yourself! Just goes to show you I get so little nasty replys I knew who you were!
