I was scammed by Isaiah Franklin in Reedsville Virginia. He claimed he had puppy he would sell me for $600 and fly him to me in Tennessee. He claimed it would cost nothing extra for shipping because he had a discount. He had me send money through CVS Pharamacy to Isaiah Franklyn. After receiving the money, I was contacted again claiming they needed $980 for insurance on the puppy that would be refunded when I picked puppy up. He sent a bogus email from insurance company with a bogus phone number. When I called the number I could tell I was speaking to the same person so I got suspicious and looked up the insurance company and called them and they informed they didn't do business like that and I was being scammed. When I texted them back they replied, hahahahahahahaha These people need to be tacked down and arrested for scamming hard working Americans out of money.
