Cutie Pomeranians Paid $350 via money gram to Michael Perigreen for a Pomeranian puppy then he messages me that he needs another $990 for the shipping. Refuses to give my money back and does not respond to me at all. I am elderly and on Social Security and want this man prosecuted for fraud. I am filing a complaint with MN attorney general.

I sent $350 to Michael Perigreen via money gram to 5615 Nicollet Ave in Minneapolis MN telephone number 651 560 8513 for an 11 week old Pomeranian puppy. Then he messaged me that he had to have an additional $990 for shipping and I told him no to return my money. He refused and now does not respond. I am filing a complaint with the MN attorney generals office and would urge anyone else this scum has victimized to do the same.
