This has been an ongoing problem for several years. Their store is always understaffed. Wait times to pick up a prescription are lengthey. On two seperate occasions, my wife was shorted on her prescriptions. This past friday, I took three prescriptions in from my dentitst. I checked their hours on their website today. It said that they were open from 7 - 10. I went at 9:00 and the pharmacy was not open until 10:00. The webssite did not say this. Only the store was open. When I returned later, I was told that I did not have a prescription for Percoset. All three prescriptions were submitted at the same time. I was told that they would look into it and call me. That means a third trip there to get my medicine. I suspect that someone has filled the prescription and kept it for themself. They also wanted my updated address and phone number. My ID should be sufficient. I was not going to get my prescriptions unless I gave them all of my personal information. Once they have your phone number, you get unwanted reminder and advertising calls. If you want it stopped, you are told to call a corporate number and jump through a lengthy set of hoops. Percoset is a narcotic, which is why my dentist only prescribes a small quantity of them to his patients. I am now stuck with no pain medicine, and no script to take to another pharmacy.
