CYBERDET RIPPED OFF BIG TIME consumer fraud ripoff West Bridgewater Internet
For several years I had CyberDet 7, Yesterday I signed on to the service to use. I was prompted to update to the new CyberDet 8, After a 30 minute download from the site..the install wizard prompts you to completely delete CyberDet 7 before CyberDet 8 can be installed. I did so. CyberDet 8 is a corrupted download and cannot be installed. Since I uninstalled CyberDet 7..I can no longer get to the website I bought to use.
There is no e-mail contact for this service and a search of telephone records for their business comes up a blank. I guess I just lost my $29.99. CAUTION!!!
It's a huge download (CyberDet 8)..and it does nothing but take up room on your hard drive. If you have CyberDet 7...DO NOT DELETE IT..or you will lose your program and investment.
