CyberpowerPC has a great website and supportive staff BEFORE you buy your product. Once they've dinged your credit card, they could care less whether or not they've sent you a working computer.

The computer I purchased was not properly tested by CyberPowerPC. The system continuously blue screens. Most likely faulty RAM. Obviously this computer was not tested -AT ALL-. The CD-ROM wasn't even installed properly. No one bothered to check if the thing would open. What kind of "quality control" does CyberpowerPC enforce?

Fortunately, it was an easy fix to move the CD-ROM drive forward 2 inches. So the computer is bluescreening and the CD-ROM wasn't installed properly...hmm...I wonder what else is wrong? I figured I'd just call Tech Support to ask how I could fix the problem. No one picked up. I left a message. No response.

I e-mailed and called this company repetitively. I finally had no choice but to call my Bank and notify them of the damaged product. I run my own business and use this CC card on a lot of purchases, so disputing the charge will be a piece of cake. I actually have a conscience and decided to give it one last shot and notify CyberpowerPC of the dispute. Finally, a tech support rep called me back. At this point I just told him I wanted a refund because if there's another issue in the future I KNOW what kind of drama I'll need to go through to get it fixed. He said he'd issue an RMA number that will arrive via e-mail that day or the next. Here I am 5 days later with no e-mail. I've wasted so much time here that I'm just going to let my Bank take care of it.

Do not buy a computer from this company. You can buy better parts and build a computer on your own. I've heard good things about Dell XPS. Unfortunately for me, they just take too long to ship. I wish they had a rush order option because I never would've bought this piece of trash.

I've seen complaints on other boards with responses from CyberPowerPC. The responses seem very genuine and proactive, but they really haven't done anything to fix the problems. This company and its owner(s) are toxic.

Items can loosen or shift during shipping, especially if a package is handled roughly or founded with any impacts to the exterior packaging. Its a certainty and fact that any non-working system would never leave our facilities, unless instructed otherwise.

Ultimately, customer can decision to accept any warranty services or a refund a product if within the eligible time frame.
