Cybersonic Toothbrush Rip-off ..DON'T waste your money on these losers
I see another person complained that Cybersonic didn't let them get their free toothbrushes. Well, I bought direct from Cybersonic, got on the free toothbrush replacement program, and never received any replacement brushes. I've been charged for them, and have called several times to hear numerous excuses for their incompetence, but still no brushes after months of waiting. Their customer service line is only open about 8 hours a day and you can expect to wait 20-45 minutes on hold to talk to their "unknowledgeable customer assistance" folks. Since the little plastic tabs that hold the brushes onto the toothbrush break off after a few months, the toothbrush is completely useless without a regular supply of new brush heads. So, you end up paying $100 for a toothbrush that you can use for a total of about three months. DON'T waste your money on these losers -- and ignore Robert Urich's hype sales pitch!
