I purchased Cybersonic toothbrush in Dec for Christmas present. I did receive them in 10 days as promised but of the two, one of the unit did not work on arrival. After discussing this with my husband, we decided to return both unit since we could not trust how long the other one would last. I returned the unit on 1/7, Amden Corp rec'd on 1/9 but up until this date (2/1), my account still has not been credited. When I called 1-800-770-7525, the message "Due to the .....all operators are busy...!" and just hangs up. I did not even get to talk to a real person regarding this situation. Even when I call 6 - 8 AM which they claim is the best time to call, I can get anyone on the phone!!!!
