cybersonic useless ripoff
i have been trying for 2-3 months to get cybersonic to send me my replacement toothbrush heads that i have been charged for on my credit card. i have spoken to a customer rep. and left a message, was told there was a back order but they would be sent out. needless to say i have yet to recieve my brushes and now it is impossible to contact them by phone, there machine simply cuts you off. in addition rendering the whole system useless.
