the brush is very good and i like very much...to bad i cant use it !!!! it need f#!@%ing brushes........i have had it for a year and have not recieved any new brushes ....and can not reach anyone on the phone ,just an endless recording.........i would be willing to buy the brushes if i could find them...to bad a good product, but they rip you out of the brushes and its now useless...i would like to stick my brush up thier tight assholes.........

Dear Jeremy, I am sorry to hear that you have been having trouble contacting us or finding replacement brushes. As our product becomes more popular, we have continued to add additional phone lines and customer service operators to make it easier to contact us with questions, orders and problems. If you have difficulty reaching us at our regular customer service number of 1-800-770-7525, please call our corporate offices at 1-800-353-7525. We are also expanding the retail locations where you are able to purchase replacement brushes. Currently, the following retail stores carry the Cybersonic burshes: Bed Bath & Beyond, Linens 'N Things, Robinson's-May, Foley's, Sears, Kohls and Target. It is possible that not all stores will be in stock all the time, but they try to be, and all can order brushes for you. Again, I am sorry for your inability to contact us. We are doing everything in our power to be sure this is not a continuing problem. I hope you try the corporate number and let us solve your problem.
