CYBERSONIC ONLINE RIP-OFF CREDIT CARD CHARGED NO DELIVERY!
I was impressed by an infomercial for the Cybersonic Oral Care System, and decided to go online and order it. Gave out my shipping info as well as my credit card info. This was in late September or early October. Website seemed to process order, and said delivery would take place in approximately one week. To this date, I have never received the product.
The $118.48 charge appeared on my credit card Oct. 29th. I called the credit card company to dispute the charges, and they advised me to contact Cybersonic by telephone. I had already tried numerous times to email their customer support thru the website, but never received a single reply. My credit card company provided me with a toll-free number, which I called just 30 minutes ago. I got a recording which assured me that customer service reps were on duty and my call would be answered in turn, blah, blah, blah... After listening to that message repeated for approximately 12 minutes, they suddenly disconnected me!
I am totally fed up with this company, and wouldn't mind even giving Robert Urich a piece of my mind as well! To add insult to injury, I've discovered these systems being sold on eBay for around $70! I hope something can be done to resolve this situation. Thanks for letting me vent, in any case!
