Cycle Shack CARS illeagly sold car Rome New York
Cycle Shack CARS sold a vehicle that did not pass NEW York State Inspection.
They said come back (4 hr drive) and we will replace 1 and only one of the 12 parts. They also said to go through "PENN Warranty" (see other posts on them). Not only does penn warranty want to use specific garbage parts they want a certified repair shop, even I am a inspector and am ASE certified.
The car also has 2 of three door locks that do not work, they told me oh well.
These type of people are the reason you shouldn't buy from a used car dealer.

Hello, In regards to the ripoff report filed by Tom .. 3 situations occurred. The dmv was notified and sent their own inspectors to look at the vehicle in wich they found no fault. A check engine light did come on after the customer had taken delivery of the vehicle in wich I sent money to have the vehicle diagnosed and repaired due to the lack of ambition on the customers behalf to bring the vehicle back to the dealership and Finally on the penn warranty the customer did try to submit a claim on his own pretending to be a registered repair shop. Im not a fly by night dealership and take pride in making long lasting happy relations with all my customers .... Sincerely Larry Vergalito
