So I ordered my furniture from One Way Furniture / Cymax (parent company) and they took out 3K from my account via PayPal on March 6th. For the next two months they proceeded to lie to me and state that furniture is on the way or no wait we messed up something with the computer and never received your money, or we cant get through to the manufacturer Abbyson Living. Finally someone told me what I ordered would not be ready for another four weeks. So at that point I had requested refund three times. Finally received an email from their mysterious non existent accounting department that the money will be refunded. needless to say - it has not. Aside from the fact that they appear to be instructed to lie to customers and keep their money at all costs, they are clearly ok with just blanatently stealing someone's money. I realize that they are in Canada, but my thoughts are - we should file a class action law suit againts these crooks and put them out of bussiness. they are a group of lying cheating and disgusting peope. The CEO is listed as Arash Fasihi - on line it says he is running a comany that grosses 100 million / year. So lets see ... if you take money for broken damaged products that other companies would not dare sell, refused to replace them and instruct your customer service to lie and cheat whatever it takes to keep the money.. well yes.... of course your going to be rolling in the cash. If you are a former employee of the Cymax, please let us all know how you were told to treat customers... If you are an lawyer willing to take on a class action law suit, I have a feeling there are an amazing amount of people out there who would want to see this company pay for what they have done.
