In June of 2016 my firm signed a Subcontract Agreement D. Carroll Construction to furnish and install New Metal Roofs on several buildings at the project called The District on Jackson at 314 Bramlett Road, Oxford, MS.
We completed the work and the work was satisfactory to the Owner. The Contract Price was for $57,881.37. D. Carroll Construction paid us $29,227.50. The remaining balance owed is $28,653.87.
D. Carroll Construction has made no attempt to pay us the balance. The Owner of the building is aware of the issue and is not liable for payment. I have talked with another Subcontractor who worked on the same project. He to is owed money by D. Carroll Construction
It appears, D. Carroll Construction has made the decision to not pay us. I was hoping David Carroll, owner of D. Carroll Construction, would call me and work out a payment plan. But he has not. Therefore, I would not recommend D. Carroll Construction to Business Owners in the Oxford, MS area.
