I received the 2nd item of my order yesterday, but I still caution people on ordering from this company. It seems as if I am stuck with the Born to Golf coffee mug that is defective because I received no return e-mails or calls on return procedures. There web site claims that they accept returns with no questions asked, and to notify them before you send the item(s) back for instructions & a Ref Number. Without the number, they cannot accept your package. Returns must be done within 5 days from the time you received the package. The ironic part is that you can't get ahold of anyone to get this information. So the lesson I've learned from all of this is: 1. Check out a company with the BBB and other online resources before ordering from them. 2. If you order from this company, do not expect ANY customer service, meaning replies to e-mails, phone calls, and updates on the status of your order. 3. Do not expect delivery within 3-10 business days as stated on their web site (within 48 contiguous states). I guess they cover themselves by saying "most orders" will be delivered within this time frame. Order well in advance of when you need it! As for myself, I will not be ordering from this company in the future because there's too many factors that make it non-trustworthy.
