We received a letter from Daimler Chrysler service contracts dated March 5, 2016 that says our 3 year warranty on our 2013 Town and Country van Lakeland, Florida Chrysler that we purchased in December 2015 had been cancelled by the dealership. Then when I called the dealership, they said they had not cancelled the warranty. Now i am told the sliding right door electronic mechanism needs to be replaced. The door comes open as we go down the road even though we electronically shut it. Isn't this a safety feature which be covered by the dealership or warranty? and why did the dealership cancel it and tell me we have a warranty from both Fidelity and Daimler?
