Complaint Review: Dale Anderson - Internet

To Everyone

What is sad is Dale Anderson preys on people who are looking and working to get ahead.  Your rebuttal doesn't address any of the issues and points I brought up.  Why is that? Hmmmm

What this is, is an HONEST informed warning for others to avoid an unethical person like Dale Anderson.

I have evidence to back up my statements.  What about you Dale?  What basement are you talking about?  What ex-girlfriend are you talking about?  What job can't I keep?  All of which are false and lies and have nothing to do with you not returning calls, not responding in reasonable time when have hot leads in the works.  Not fulfilling your contractual agreement.  Not performing to what you advertise.  Don't skirt the issue with some lies and non-pertinent items.

Unfortunately not every mentor or coach should be a mentor or coach.  Some have morals, some have ethics, some have genuine interest in their student, some are professional to follow through with what they contract for and what they advertise and then there are others who are none of these (such as yourself).  Is that why your wife divorced you?  She wanted a man with character and instead got you?  I didn't think it was my business at the time but maybe I should have asked because I see how you are now and would have been nice to know before signing up.

So speaking of work ethic. I put in the work, I did what was instructed but when the couple of leads
finally came, where were you???  Nowhere to be found and lost out on those deals because the coach/mentor was unprofessional to return calls at the crucial time of negotiations. (5+ day later).  Anyone in Real Estate knows you have to respond quickly.  That definitely is not you.

Bad enough I had to come up with and provide all the documents that you had NO clue on. Yet advertise that you provide the necessary documents.  Just one of the lies you advertise. (Not one item in your ad was truehow pathetic)

You talk about all the successful people yet provide no references.

The laptop was not needed, hasnt been used and you can have back if you would like.  I can buy or get junk from plenty of places, I dont need you to send me junk.  Besides, I wasnt looking for a computer.  I was looking for a mentor.  I got a overpriced computer but not a mentor.

Lets talk about that AWAL.  Told you I had to move, which we discussed way early on but havent heard from you since mid Nov. (nearly 3 months). That was before I moved and sent you messages before I left and many since then with not one reply.  So havent heard from YOU.  NO returned calls, no returned emails.  You, DALE ANDERSON, are the one that has gone AWAL.  So, why continue to lie?  I have the proof to back that up.  So it does you no good to lie.

So by teachable and coachable you mean what?  You mention 20+ hours  SERIOUSLY???  Talking about Iowa and Arizona football for 10+ hours does my business no good.  I didnt pay you to talk football with.  I can get that from any number of sources for free.  Why do I need to pay you to talk football?  C'mon! Get real.

Your ads state 6 month Performance Guarantee, your receipt states 6-months of coaching yet you want to go AWAL, yet you want to talk about you cant help EVERYBODY.  Why make stupid guarantees then?  Why state 6-months of coaching when you are going to QUIT before even 3 months?  Why use words Ride Along when there is no such activity?  You are a JOKE!

Now I admit, I was foolish to hire you as a mentor when you have no address, no references and no proof of your success.  After the fact learning many things about you.

Unlike you Dale Anderson, I am NOT a quitter and will continue to pursue my dreams.  I will find a competent coach.  One who has ethics, morals, knowledge, and is professional.  You Mr. Anderson are just one of those sharks out there that exist in this industry.  You are what gives investors a bad name.

My advice to everyone, dont do business with this fraud.  You wont get anything accomplished or learned from him and be out your hard earned money.

My advice to you Dale, quit ripping people off.  It will catch up to you.  People will not just take it. Find something where you can learn some ethics.

This is sad.  These are the rantings of a confused, desperate 40+ year old male sill living in the basement of his parents' house, unable to keep a real job, and surviving off Mom & Dad's checkbook.

Unfortunately, we can't help EVERYBODY become successful without a baseline of compentency.  Real Estate Investing requires a modicum of work ethic, knowledge, and common sense.  We have successfully coached and mentored HUNDREDS of clients over the past 2 1/2 years and have NEVER encountered anything like this type of response.  Over 20+ hours of one-on-one coaching was provided to this client (including two or more occasions where crying over a lost girlfriend was involved)... PLUS, a brand-new laptop computer was included for his new business venture.  Then, the client
went AWAL approx. December, 2011..... never to call again.  We don't "chase" business - we choose to only work exclusively with competent individuals who remain teachable and coachable.... those who truly want our help.

Honestly, my advice would be for this client to find a new profession.... One that fits his temperment AND one that may offer professional help.
