Ok, so yes or no.. Is there 'extensive damage to the exterior right front' of the vehicle? Forget about extensive.. is there ANY damage? Don't care if you're a widower or a self made millionaire.. A warranty covers manufacturing defects.. Not damage caused by an accident or other means. That's what your auto insurance is for. Don't know about Texas, but here you are required to carry full coverage on an automobile that is being financed. So whether you were in an at-fault accident, or ran into a streetlight.. Insurance covers that.. Not a warranty.
