Above complaint is simply rubbish and an anti-compaign. We have neither stolen any money, nor deleted any website, nor hold any domain hostage. This guy appears to be an agent of of our rivals. He is maligning us and defaming us. This guy is with us since 2010 and except some small problems he has not faced anything - it is clear from his own statement.

We are in Industry since October 1998 and we had never experienced any trouble with any customer. We are providing good support and service, hence the claim of OP is wrong. All our contact numbers are working and we reply within 24 hours. We prefer not to provide any support by phone because each and every trouble has to be investigated properly and a professional solution is required, which takes time. Our ToS is very clear, available publicly on all our websites and customers have to agree with it before signing with us. Regarding domain services, we are with Resellerclub and everything is managed and maintained by Resellerclub.

This guy selected our services your own after understanding our ToS and hence we are not responcible for anything at all. He is blackmailing us and is a lier. He has enjoued hosting for full 10 months out of 12 and now wants full amount refunded. He has got your money through your credit card company - this is your own statement and claim. We are not threatening, we are serious and we are proceeding as we have almost all proof against this guy that:
1. he is writing against us with fake names,
2. he is misleading people by saying that we have changed ToS (we will prove that ToS is same as it was on 5.5.2010 through archives.org system),
3. we will prove that he is changing your statement about refund received,
4. we will prove that he has enjoyed 10 months service out of 12,
5. we will prove that he never compalined in past against our services and you was happy with us,
6. we will prove that he violated our ToS,
7. we will prove that he agreed to our ToS before signing up for the services,
8. we will prove that he baselessly defamed us in the forums and on Internet,
9. we will prove that he is a fraud, lier, cheat and black-mailer,
thus, we will see that you are punished under Cyber Laws of India.

We wrote this guy:
"1. NO, you have defamed us on baseless charges and grounds.
2. YOU used foul language and words against us
3. We expressed our stand on downtime immediatelly once we were on line and regretted inconvience. We told clearly that things were beyond our control and situation was very typical.
4. Not a single customer complained against us. All are satisfied and happy with our services and support.
5. We are consistently providing 100% uptime and a reputed company though in low profile to provide best services and support.
6. We compensated all our affected customers suitably and all are happy with that.

We were ready to allow you to transfer your domain from IDNRS.com and to migrate your website from DAMnX.com But you misbehaved and violated the ToS.

You wrote against us and maligned us and defamed us and told baseless things to public. We may release your domain and website if you tender unconditional apology, withdraw all your poor, bad and cheap comments and threads and accept that you misbehaved and violated our ToS. You have to accpet publicly that you defamed us. You have to write to all those websites where you posted against us."

Our ToS is open for the public and it is on the very first page of our website https://www.damnx.us It is absurd to say that we have manipulated and changed the ToS. It is same as it was in the past and this can be checked through http://archive.org/web/web.php

This guy has violated ToS on many accounts, though we have maintained patience - 1. he has full and all rights of his domains and free to transfer this to any other registrar, 2. by posting against us he has violated the ToS, 3. by not maintaining the backup, he has violated the ToS, 3. by not understanding that we have a proper refund policy, his claim of refund is a violation, 4. by not abiding to the clause which tells about situations in case of mechanical failure, he has violated the ToS
Though he has violated ToS and norms of Industry, we have given full and all rights to him for his domain. As per our ToS, customers have to maintain a backup of their websites in a case of eventuality, but he did not bother to this.

He is posting against us with fake names and email IDs. all our customers are happy and they are with us. There is no complaint against us and there is no ticket agaisnt our services and support. This can be verified from feedbacks and ratings.

All legal action agaisnt us is welcome. We are going to sue people who are defaming us and damaging our business. We request the Webmaster of this website to please remove all this nuisance against us and please do not allow defamation on your reputed website.

We paid for a service web hosting and domain registration, they failed to provide support, they failed to provide genuine contact details to report issues, FAKE whois information.

Threatened us that if we did not keep quite, they would delete our website and steal domain, we asked for either refund or service we paid for and they then deleted our website, stole our money and kept domain.

Is this the action of a professional web hosting company? Toniya and damnx.us are nothing but fraudsters and scam artists, our attorneys are waiting for their claim, but like all their lies nothing will happen.

damnx.us and its staff are liars!

We paid for 3 years domain name (Aug 11) and web hosting, our site is still down 9 days after reporting this to damnx.us.

We have received NO support! Damns.xus have stolen our money (they claim they have refunded us - but WILL NOT  show proof of refund!

They have stolen our money and proves they are a scammer and fraud!

It would be easier and less hassle for everyone if www.damnx.us just handed the domain back, but it appears they would rather waste everyone's time and post lies as they have been doing!

All this because they are incapable of dealing with support issues! All this came about because I complained! WHAT RUBBISH customer service.

We paid for 3 years domain name and 12 months hosting, when web site goes down every month for a day or so we cannot contact damnx.us as their site is down too!

We reported our site down last week EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR A FULL 6 DAYS - but we were told the site was up when it wasn't we had been told that our complaints were unfounded!! But we paid for a service that we didn't receive!!

Once we posted the issue on a site they get work from they claimed we lied but would not address the issue, they claimed the domain was unlocked so we could transfer it but it remained locked and our site was down STILL. Even other web hosting companies pointed holes in damnx.us actions as they are an illegal company who steal peoples money.

They claimed they refunded us and would keep the domain name - NO REFUND or proof of refund supplied! Then damnx.us kept domain and deleted our site! As of 17 June STILL no refund, website or domain name.

Is this the actions of a professional company? Definitely NOT!

We are not blackmailing damnx.us, we are so disappointed with the attitude and having lost over $7,000 in web design and SEO services we only feel it is right to let as many people know about the fraud damnx.us do to their clients.

From our end, nothing is due to pay him

Complainant is lier and blackmailer.

As per our ToS, he has violated the terms and conditions and he is not laible for any refund as per ToS.

Our hosting server was crashed.
We got a nuw server for hosting and this took some time.

Complainant paid for his domain name renewal for 3 years in Sept. 2011.

Complainant was not willing to continue with us.
He filled a charge back with his credit card company and he has written that he has got full amount refunded back.

As he has got full refund back and as he was not interested to continue with us and as he violated our ToS by abusing us, we terminated all his accounts because we cannot provide service without payments.
