Dan Coe and Green Ambitions did not satisfy contractual agreements and performed unsatisfactory work. Dan Coe of

Green Ambitions performed sloppy work on a multitude of levels. Further, the initial agreed-upon price was about $17K.

Dan Coe repeatedly came back and asked for more money. I ended up paying him more than $7K that was not initially

agreed to in order to complete the work. Unfortunately the work was done poorly and still is incomplete as specified

below. 1) 2-3 Norway Spruce trees need moved. One was planted too close to the road and will block sign visability.

Another 1-2 are too close to the septic pipe and could cause damage longer term. These need to be moved on top of

the mound by the oil tanks and planted in between the spurces by the driveway to better block the tanks. I went to the

property to meet Dan Coe at mutually agreed time to specify tree locations but he was not there and instead planted the

trees without my input on location. 2) A swale was not dug alongside the road and instead the existing soil was just

plowed level. Rocks were then placed in a mound shape and continue to fall into the driveway and roadway, which

makes it look sloppy and creates ongoing maintenance issues. Probably too late for a swale now, but some sort of

containment/edging is necessary. 3) None of the viburnum or boxwoods planted on the side of the septic mound system

took. Most died and some were moved and replanted by me. Nothing should have been planted here, given the mound

system. The edging cut into the mound, which was not requested by me, needs to be filled and reseeded. 4) Some

areas that were previously done for lawn seeding need to be cleaned up tapered as the soil wasn't level or there were a

lot of rocks in it, which makes it difficult to maintain and looks sloppy. 5) All of the beds needed to have a deeper edge

dug and/or some sort of containment barrier to prevent the mulch from scattering over the walkways and parking lot.

Again this looks sloppy and creates maintenance issues. 6) Excavation work done on 5 parking spots wasn't done

correctly. Drainage was a persistent issue, and I had to call in an Engineering company to install drain tile and fix the

excavation. This cost me an additional $3000 that was unnecessary. 7) Several plants didn't take. 2 Arbs and several

maiden grasses. These need replaced.
