DAN SHABO ISUZU DISHONEST LIAR THEIF KEPT MY POLICY MONEY FROM GREENWOOD CREDIT UNION INSTEAD OF PAYING MILEMAX AND GAP FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY COVERAGE RIPOFF Chepachet Rhode Island
I purchased an SUV from this dealer in October/2005 along with a purchased extended warranty service plan (MILEMAX) for the vehicle and extended warrranty insurance coverage (GAP) for the vehicle.
My SUV needed some service work done in November/2006 and when I tried to use my service plan they were both denied access.
I called both companies to have my policy accounts verified and was then told they hadn't received any business or personal check, nor cash or cashiers check from Dan Shabo Isuzu in the amounts of $499 and $1999, therefore my policy's were never issued as this idiot dealer never processed my paperwork and kept the money for himself instead.
Looks and sounds like fraud and larcency to me!! Dealer refuses to return my money after numerous attempts via phone calls, paperwork, dealer visits. I have now given this matter to the attention of the Rhode Island State and Local Police.
