I had hired Dan Ward to re-do a pool and deck. he gave me a price of $3,500. and a finish time of about a week. Dan and his crew started on the pool on 12/21/06 and they re-did the deck and the tile on the pool. all he had to finish was the gel-coat. after I dont know how many phone calls I still have not heard from him and this is 3/27/07
the pool is at a stand still he cut holes in the plaster and did not fill them in. so now we cant even put water back in it. you better watch this guy he is slick.

I have been ripped off by Daniel Ward and would love to help file with the aturnies office, if you made progress please hive me info. Channel 4 might have enough dirt on him now. He is still out there scamming.

I was deceived as well by Dan Ward. With me, he used AAA Pool Services as his company name. In January 2007, I received a bid to re-plaster my pool for approximately $3,000. He asked for 1/2 up front, with the final coming at completion. Instead of re-plastering, he suggested a gel-coat. He showed me several before and after photos. As he talked a good game, I did not call any references, unfortunately. The gel coat had a life time warranty so I felt good about it. Unfortunately, two months after completion, the gel coat started peeling. In March 2007m I called him to repair it, and he said he would. After that, I received no response back, until I received a letter that he had filed for bankruptcy not two weeks after he did my job. I did some research and found out his attorney, and some other information. I called the attorney and he told Dan to call me which he did. He stated that he was forced into bankruptcy due to some complaints, since he had gotten a bad batch of gel coat. He assured me he had a new supplier and would fix my pool after the summer months. Guess what, no answer. After reading all these posts tonight, I am fired up again. I do have his attorney's name and some other pertinent information that I would definitely share so we can stop him from damaging others like us. When I filled My Rip Off Report against Dallas Daniel Ward, I was expecting help from the police or from Rip Off report. No one is going to help us. We, victims of Dallas Daniel Ward need to get together and fill a uniform complaint with the District Attorney's office. They should accept our complaint and take Dallas Ward to the criminal court if there are 5 or more complaints against him. My complaint was the fifth.

i just wanted every one to know that I am taking this to the local news so we can get Dan ward some air time on the news. the only way we can shut him down is to get his name out there. i dont know how we can get in touch with each other on this but if anyone know how we can I would be willing to. if you have any ideas let me know threw here. the ones that live in Euless and the ones that live in Arlington could meet somwere in the middle. but we have to get this guy some air time on all the local news. thanks
