Please fight back . The more you fight the more DNG gets mad. Everything they file in court is fraudulent. This debt collection agency is not licsenced in your state and is violating the FDCPA laws. Make sur you report this to the Oregon State Bar and the Attorney General, while your at it the AttorneyGeneral of Washington and the WSBA, trust me one more complaint will shut these bank robbers down .

Creditors/attorneys have no direct power to garnish wages or freeze bank accounts. They have to take you to court and win a judgement first, only then can these things happen.
Did you get a summons and if so, did you show up in court? If you did not show up, they've won a default judgement and this is good, even if the debt is not yours.
