Dante Marquez - American Home Solutions Group - D&A Gov't Home Consulting Dante hasn`t done anything for my case even though he said he sent my file twice to my lender, America Servicing Company! He`s a liar, his place is in jail! West Palm Beach, Florida
I got my property filed for foreclosure on July 22 nd and when I contacted Dante regarding this situation he tried to convince me that`s normal in order to get my loan modified. He told me he did everything for me for free since Joseph Prince took my money and left firm and he submitted my file twice.... Finally I hired a real lawyer to take care of my case and found out nothing has been done to my case since April 22 nd when Joseph Prince submitted my incomplete file to America Home Servicing, so they had to cancel my application. All the lies I got from Dante Marquez and his threats, trying to intimidate me with taking actions against me if I don`t take back all the reports I have posted against him makes him a fraud criminal!
Don`t let him scam you with his newly named company(D&A Gov't Home Consulting), don`t let him take money from you! In Florida is illegal to take money up front for your application, they are supposed to be paid when the case is resolved!
Go to Florida Attorney General website and read about all these scam companies and repport them if you were scammed!

I was an independent contractor for American Home Solutions Group LLC. Dante was one of the owners of the company, and he hired my company to market and consult for his company. I did speak with the home owner, but she paid with a credit card to the company, not me. I NEVER had nor EVER will own a credit merchant account (to run credit cards). The payment by anyone was run through the merchant account that the business owned. American Home Solutions Group LLC benefited financially from this matter, not me. If there is an issue, then the company and it's representatives need to be looked at... not an outside contracted company who has no means to run a credit card.
