DAR Waterfront & Associates Advertisement to pay shipping cost only for Encante Skin Anti-Aging serum Sherman Oaks California

I received a letter from DAR WATERFRONT & ASSOCIATES requesting to pay for a product when the advertisement clearly stated to pay for shipping only.  They are asking that I pay $98.71 the product.    This is a SCAM!!
