I WOULD LIKE TO INCLUDE THE EMAIL DARIUS CORDELL SENT TO ME AFTER I DISPUTED THE CHARGE ON MY CARD IT IS HORRIBLE. I WAS CALLED "MANIC", A "LOON", "I WILL END UP LIKE 50% OF AMERICANS IN DIVORCE". ALL BECAUSE I WANTED TO KNOW THE STATUS OF MY GOWN. THEY ARE NOW CHARGING MY ACCOUNT FOR TIME BECAUSE OF CORRESPONDENDCE THAT NEVER TOOK PLACE.

I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND JUST WANT TO WARN PEOPLE TO NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE AWFUL. I KNOW IF YOU READ THE EMAIL FROM 'ASHLEY" AND "JD" YOU WOULD BE SHOCKED AS MANY OF MY CO-WORKERS ARE IN AWE OVER THIS. THE DRESS IS MATTE JERSEY THEY LINED IT IN A HEAVY POLY WHICH DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF ORDERING MATTE JERSEY. I AM DISPUTING ALL CHARGES.

Jennifer, You should have. Maybe you would have learned something. Again your typing is completely illogical. We don't play games for they arenot necessary. And you did receive a response from us.Better yet you confirmed it. Realize only one saying we got it was necessary. If you cant see that then you obviously chose to remain a loon and as we suggested need to seek better therapy. The dress comes lined. You did not ask for it to not be lined. You received what you asked for on your order form. Read what you signed. And grow up! You will be billed yet again for our time. You may want to actually read all of our email below as well asread what you signed again before you continue racking up a bill that you can legally be sued for....based on what you signed. Based on our last response to you.... there was no need for you to contact us at all unless the 12 weeks had passed. Therefore every bit of your correspondence was irrational,not well thought out and again unwarranted. After you said"ok" to our confirmation of your order..... you stillasked just 6 weeks later IF your order was being processed.....and then in yourvery same fax......you say JD confirmed my order was processed. That is just crazy. Then you asked what is the "approximate " date I will receive my dress.....but then in the very same correspondedyou mention....youknow it takes approximately 12 weeks to produce...(and 12 weeks had not passed) so again.....that is clearly just awee bit crazy. What makes it worse is that we had already told you....in our last email (of which you replied to and you faxed a copy of back to us)....."We have received your order with many thanks and will process it immediately."........"We will contact you again once your order is complete" How much more to the point could that be. Clearlyif we had not contacted you...then it should have been obvious....your order was not complete. So why ask how is it going.It was obviously going....or else we would have contacted you.....just like we said we would. That needed no explanation or further confirmations. Todemandcontact follow ups all through out a priceswas silly given our last response. You should have been able to figure out on your own with out handholding,special guidance and without any further explanation.... when "approximately 12 weeks" from the time you order would be. FYI - TODAY IS ONLY 9 WEEKS FROM THE TIME YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER!12-9 = 3 ......Clearly you can see how hasty you were. And to top it off this is for something that is to be worn in NOVEMBER.So you sending us these manic unnecessary emails starting on FEBRUARY 13........for an order that was only placed JANUARY 3 (just 6 weeks into the known 12 week process) was in our opinion again just crazy....but more so clearly not necessary! For instance go back and look at our last email....and then try and make sense of all the words you typed in all of thiscompletely unnecessary correspondence that you have repeatedly sent.Whatever you created in your own mind.....is an issue you really need to have addressed prior to getting married. Realize if you had not had the patience of a two year old ...then none of this (including our response) would have had to transpire. It was a waste of time and energy not only for us but for you as well. For again we had already told you (regarding your NOVEMBER wear date)that "We have received your order with many thanks and will process it immediately" so why ask or wonder....has it been processed (crazy). And again we had also already told you that...."We will contact you again once your order is complete".. That should not have been so hard for you. Since it was we highly suggest seeking better therapy prior to getting married in NOVEMBER. At any rate,you have apparently have forgotten what we disclosed on our site at dariuscordell.com/questions.htm dariuscordell.com/questions.htm> regarding "pricing disclosure". Nevertheless, just as disclosed on our site and on your order form you will be billed accordingly for all of this unnecessary drama, time spent, "excessive correspondence", "special assistance", etc... You also must have overlooked the fact that no where on your order form did you ever ask or request for your order to NOT be lined. You asked for "matte jersey" - period and that is what you received. But again try to have the sense to realize if you now don't want the lining then take it out. And it would be absurd for anyone to think that this would have been shipped in any thing other than a box. Making up a frivolous reasons (sour grapes) to want to try and return your dress(just because you are now bitter because you could not think for yourself and we would not entertain your madness) is a childish and non-validreason but more sothey are not within the terms you agreed to on your signed order form and cc auth form. So make note -a return will never be authorized, granted or accepted. Bottom line...you have received exactly what you ordered on your order form....and it was obviously received by you within the time frame that was disclosed. Soyou can call your credit card company and dispute all you want....it does not and will not change what you have signed. Sobefore you make an even bigger fool of yourself....you may want to actually read all of the contractual forms you signed again to see that rather we responded to your insanenessor not, regardless of what you now say you wanted, regardless of how the item was shipped...and no matter if you agree with our fees or not...it is what it is, you agreed to our terms and signed the forms showing that fact....so, realize you have no recourse regarding those things - regardless. Once the item was requested by you....you legally have to pay for it. And once you take up our time for any reason we can bill you for our time and you will pay for that time. You signed a legal contractual document that outlined the conditions of sale - twice. So before you make any more illogical statements and before you incur any further charges from completely wasting our time......you may want to have your "fianc" read those signed forms to you so you can understand and comprehend what they mean.
