My complaint was simply that you could not provide me receipts to prove how you spent my money, which is information that I am entitled to by California Law. Your response is to trash talk some poor chick who apparently has two cats. This is the same treatment you gave to me when I first asked you for proof of where my money went, and I didn't even break the lease or have any pets. I can only presume you stole this lady's money too. How much money have you stolen from other renters over the years? Thank you for reinforcing to me what a sad, ugly person you truly are. See ya in Small Claims, mate.

Liz, I missed the pic first time I saw your post. Love it! Dang, I WISH I was so rich I can't remember! If I'm so rich, why am I driving a banged up truck with bald tires and 140K miles on it and your driving a late model Honda civic?? Wanna trade?
Hey, you also forgot to mention that you failed to pay a measily $50 rent increase for four months. I even offered you a bet to find a cheaper, comparable apartment and I will match it; of course, you never did. I even, after your relentless whining, offered a break in your rent if you simply moved the trash cans to the curb. Your spoiled, entitled a*s refused a simple chore for a $50 a month break! WTF?? Surely your parents raised you better!
Oh, and that WAS you that slashed the tires of your fellow tenant/ex-boyfriend after you found out he was scrubbing Brillo's with a new chick! I didn't like having to deal with that situation.

I thought this posting was from Elizabeth with her two cats that she acknowledged to me in several emails during a dispute over her deposit. If this is not her, and you did not have cats, please accept my apologies and will promptly send out whatever remaining deposit you may be owed. Please identify yourself in this thread just by your initials. I will probably have your email and will get your forwarding address that way.

patronize verb \'pa-tr?-?niz, 'pa-\ - to adopt an air of condescension toward : treat haughtily or coolly
condescend verb \?kn-di-'send\ - to assume an air of superiority
Yes Darius you are correct - the lease DID say NO PETS. I did not have pets and was not charged for pet related repairs.
The issue here is you refusing to provide me with receipts showing where my money went

If this isn't Liz, I don't know who you are because I never had anyone move out a year ago! What address apartment are you referring to? How much were you due and how much was kept? Can you upload a copy of the deposit refund letter? It should all be accounted for in that letter. You may also want to upload a copy of your lease where it clearly says "NO PETS."
Also, can you explain "extreme patronization"? Give some examples.
