EDITOR’S COMMENT(1/26/2021):  Ripoff Report strongly believes in the First Amendment, especially when consumers are truthfully warning other consumers about potential frauds, scams, rip-offs or the like by shady individuals or businesses.  Ripoff Report is by consumers, for consumers…and we want to keep it that way!  Unfortunately this Report was posted and, upon additional information, appears to have been primarily for the purpose of bullying or harassment.  In many instances Ripoff Report will reach out to the author of the Report to obtain further information.  In other instances, enough information is provided to Ripoff Report to warrant redactions without reaching out to the author.  Ripoff Report is working to combat tactics that are perceived to be cyberharassment, cyberstalking, cyberbullying and/or what is generally considered a “revenge post” as we do not condone such behavior.

NOW TO THE EDITORIALLY REDACTED POSTING(S):

(((REDACTED))) and (((REDACTED))) are both  scammer . I was referred to them about 2 years ago as I was planning my retirement. They had  plush offices one in (((REDACTED))) house in (((REDACTED))) ca and other one in Seatlle . I put my trust on them thinking they would set me up for monthly income as well as the long term. I paid him for their services which included credit repair as well as investing about $500K. The plans that he used were both Life Insurance policies, one was $250K and the same with the second one which is a Fractured Settlement policy which I cannot touch. I feel that they only looked out for themself . I bought a home during this time and they  out me in touch with a loan officer in long beach , whom I never met, and this person wanted me go put down $96K as a down payment on my home, (((REDACTED))) and (((REDACTED))). After checking another Loan company my down payment was $50K. I feel completely taken advantage of by (((REDACTED))) and (((REDACTED))) and feel they needs to be investigated by federal autorities . My main goal at this point is to be able to retrieve my $250K from the Fractured Settlement policy so that I can reinvest to an interest earning account. As it stands today I can't touch this money which I need. I need legal help to get my money back and to put on notice that (((REDACTED))) and (((REDACTED))) is and does not do what they says they will do for you. Avoid their services they are scammers.
