Darren's Waterproofing and Construction Poor workmanship, will not honor warranty!!! Crown Point Indiana
I suffered storm/tree damage to my home. Darren and his company had to come back out multiple times to get things right, and I had to pay extra money for them to do so. Darren set appointments with me that he did not keep, and then stopped returning my calls. My roof was still leaking into my living room!!! Boards and soffit areas are now rotted. I have had numerous estimates done by licensed and bonded professionals, and the damage is significant. Darren actually answered the phone recently, told me he would come out to make things right, and then did not show up. He has not answered calls or emails since then. The work is still all under warranty, but he is not honoring it. I would strongly recommend hiring anybody else. Especially when considering that this man was recommended by a mutual friend, and was welcomed into my home, I think it is absolutely disgraceful and gutless behavior, and only demonstrates that some people do not have a problem making money off other people's misery.
