My name is David, I'm collecting Jazz music. Most of my collection I got on vinyl, but the really rear compositions I had on my computer. I am not too friendly with it but I use it for internet and music. And one day it stopped working, probably it happened because I dropped it on the floor - my bad, but it happened. I was frustrated what to do. I found the internet advertisement and called the Data Recovery Corp. They said that it is possible for me to get my music files back. So what I did I sent them the drive, they said that it will take 2 weeks to do so, and the recovery price will be at 399 $ so I said go ahead. They took a 100 $ upfront and said that it's deductable from the total. I called them in a week to get an update, and the representative on the other end said that my drive is still at the diagnostic facility and no one started recovery, because they still waiting for some forms at my end, I was confused and angry. Now they said that as far as they will receive this authorization forms they will proceed with the recovery. So I sent those. In another week I gave them a call again, and the exact same person said that my music has been recovered long time ago, and now they just waiting for another payment. So I submitted the payment. Now they asked me to send them those authorization papers again, I did that. So all together I paid 299+100=399 + NY tax, which was 33.40$, so all together it was 432.40 $ which is not 399 $ as in the ad, plus I was waiting not for 2 weeks, but almost 3. No doubts I got my music and can truly enjoy it, but this cost me a lot of my nerve
